Town & Country Creative was founded at a time when making, branding, marketing and selling film and video content was on the cusp of a big change.
Company Principal, Rosanna Herrick, saw an industry in transition. To keep pace, she created a boutique production company offering her clients all the services needed to boldly take them into the 21st century. Town & Country Creative became a collective of talent to innovate, cultivate and lead the way into a multi-platform digital future.

"Her"story
Rosanna Herrick began her career as one of the few women working for the PBS Network in the Engineering Division. With her technical background established, she found a creative outlet in Editing. Rosanna established herself as an award-winning PBS editor of non-fiction programming and documentaries, always with the dream of working in NYC. It was there in The Big Apple where she
realized her calling was storytelling - marketing, branding, live experiences. Rosanna was influential in setting trends and creating styles for On Air Promos and Advertising, including her early work defining and branding “the MTV look”.
Rosanna has been nationally recognized for her creative and technical excellence and her unique style of editing, winning more than a few Emmys along the way. As more and more clients came to recognize her talents, Rosanna was asked to design, produce and direct projects for them. It was then that she took the next step, and created the Town & Country Creative Agency.
When Rosanna is not creating content, she can be found creating art. Rosanna's fine art has been acquired by collectors internationally and has been exhibited in New York City at both solo and group shows, most notably at The Museum of Modern Art as part of the Meta-Monumental Garage Sale. She is repped by Saatchi.

Strategic Storytellers
-Pioneered initial concept, UX, UI and promotion of mtv.com. which now boast 6.31 million unique visits/month.
-Spearheaded the NBC Nightly News transition of Tom Brokaw and Brian Williams – the reigning highest rated newscast. Executive produced and directed national promotional
campaign, affiliate content, Upfront and sales initiatives network-wide.
-Produced directed edited Integrated Marketing campaigns for the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards – the highest rated broadcast with 17.45 million viewers.
-Developed, Directed and Edited the first ever Mobile Series for MTV - "Sway's Hip Hop Owners Manual".
-Re-launch and branding of mtv2 - Significant contributions in producing/directing content.
-Produced, interpreted and edited the game changing research study on Millenniums for MTV: over 50 hours of material covering 20 topics of youth culture.
- Directed and edited the viral “MTV turns 30”.
-Original Launch Team Member of Oxygen - Significant contributions in developing, producing/directing traditional and digital content for the new network.
